the evening star ponders deeply the day
as the silhouette of the trees’ arms reaches into the night
for somewhere…deep inside…you are still searching for your sight
for it is love that you long as you walk away
why is that path so elusive
why is there such unrest in your soul
why do you find yourself in a sinkhole
are you waiting for a secret missive?
many have come before you
to show you the way
you fight the truth everyday
there is no need to be blue
when will you allow the life force to win
be open –give up the negativity
