the GIFT of YOU !

the minute you took your first breath

you were part of the universe

breath  gives you life

*

receive yourself

follow your breath deep within

honoring the gift within

*

listen to your story

sit and bask in the stillness of YOU

you were born in LOVE

*

you are of LOVE

your breath makes you one with all of creation

your breath makes you one with LOVE

*

Honor yourself

Honor all those around you

you are of LOVE

  2. thank you, also for your water crystal words that give meaning to my writing! blessings! I am trying to meditate each day…preferably in the morning hours to set my pace for the day…for me, it is necessary to keep centered and in balance…obviously, from my writings, you can see the struggle…but I am grateful that I am continuously called back to sit in the quiet…

    • thank you, Andy! I was baptized Catholic…and raised Catholic…but it does not do for me what it once did. Now I am journeying in Buddhism…and in meditation, I have tears and peace…in the quiet. Jesus is still my main impetus and “contact man,” if you will when I get into conversations with God… for the moments I feel I try to live my Spirituality–just NOT the religion that is so devastating to so many…How anyone condemns another human being in the name of Jesus is beyond me…how anyone condemns another human being in the name of Allah, baffles me…I think the God of Abraham and Mohammed are the same…we all need to BE here for one another…i see that we all breathe the same air…the life force…It is 3 AM and I am thinking deeply of the kidnapping of the 3 women in Ohio—my heart bleeds for them–protect your daughters not with fear, but with strength to honor themselves and to believe in themselves and to expect that from any man, and nothing less. Blessings to you and your family!

I couldn’t of said it better myself, Everyone has to search for their place of peace through finding the faith that speaks to them. Indeed, without committing sins and then saying their belief said to do so. What a world huh?

I too still think about the three women and what they went through. More so, the emotional devastation left behind by that so called ‘Psychic’ who not only took their money but very nearly broke their souls when she said there was no hope.

We have to be here for each other…that is what life is about…affirming each other and sharing our love crystals. I am sending you a love crystal of affirmation right now! Peace! Thank you for honoring me with your visit as well!

    • I try to in my daily meditation….though my self-doubt still arises…in the end it has become easier to rest in peace within…safely with the HOLY ONE…it is a journey that will continue until I leave this Mother Earth…that is WHY we so need each other…to encourage one another and be there for each other along the way…

      • I’ve just started practicing meditation on my own every morning. It is trying especially when my brain has so many things running inside it. But I am learning to let go of the things that stress me out and learn to appreciate life even more. 🙂 You are right, we need to be there for one another for a better journey in this life. 🙂

    • I do not take credit for the words I have written…it is the result of being in meditation…the words are the words of the universe…however, thank you for the acknowledgment! At the closing of each meditation, we bow to one another and say, “Namaste.” I found this definition of “Namaste” somewhere along the journey: Namaste, I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells. I honor the place in you which is of love of truth of light and of peace. When you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me we are one.
So, today, I say Namaste to you, Praveena!

    • thank you, Celestine! I have learned much over my life…and many people have given me their love and guidance…and there is still much to learn each day! I have been reading Thich Nhat Hahn, a Vietnamese Buddhist monk who lives in Plum Community is southern France. His book RECONCILIATON is beautiful and has helped me so much! As has the Sangha community that I have the privilege and gift of meditating with each week.
